The hotel’s founder, Christine Dadda, was inspired by the rich heritage of Essaouira and its timeless allure. She set out to breathe new life into the historic building, once the house of Jewish merchants, which is tucked away within the medina walls. With painstaking attention to detail and a passion for preserving the essence of Moroccan architecture and design, she transformed the house into a boutique hotel that would come to be known as Madada Mogador.
