Riad Malaïka is an 18th century riad that was fully restored in 2022. It is owned by a French couple, Sylvie & Abdel Halim, who have embraced the Moroccan tradition of hospitality. This is especially evident in the authentic lounges – the reception rooms of a home. ‘Malaïka’ means ‘the angels’ in Arabic. The patio is an open-air courtyard at the heart of the riad. Its soothing fountain is surrounded by traditional stone pillars.
