Chefchaouen is a small city of 45,000 inhabitants in northern Morocco, in the north-western Rif Mountains, around 600m above sea level.
Climate
Chefchaouen’s climate is moderate to warm. Rainfall is limited almost exclusively to the winter months. In summer, tourists particularly enjoy the slightly cooler temperatures in the mountains.
