Run by Saïda Chab, the Al Fassia restaurants offer a fine selection of traditional Moroccan dishes, prepared with skilful care by the all-female kitchen team. They purchase most ingredients from small local producers, and grow their own herbs and spices. All of the food served at Al Fassia is 100 percent fresh and locally sourced!
