Sand baths are an ancient Berber treatment traditionally used to relieve rheumatism. During the treatment, the body is covered with hot sand from chest to toes for around ten minutes. Experienced practitioners, who understand how to apply the sand safely and therapeutically, prepare the baths so you can relax and place yourself in expert hands.
