At Villa Maroc, there is no fixed menu. Instead, guests enjoy daily changing evening menus served in a romantic candlelit setting. The cuisine features refined Moroccan dishes, enhanced with olive and argan oils produced by the hotel itself. On request, the chef prepares specialities such as Couscous Royal, lobster tastings, mechoui or pigeon pastilla.
